FAQ
IS THERE AN AGE REQUIREMENT? - Recommended for those 16+. Saturday 10:30pm show is strictly 21 and over only (must show ID, no refunds if no ID).

HOW LONG IS THE SHOW? - Our run time is approximately 100 minutes without an intermission.
​
​​DO YOU HAVE SEATS? - Portions of the show are performed without seats and the audience is required to move around and stand for about 20 minutes at a time. There is no assigned seating for Wongo.
​
Limited special seating is available for those who cannot stand. Please email info@planetwongo.com to make appropriate arrangements.
​
The Chopin Theatre is not wheelchair accessible. Audiences are required to use a flight of stairs to enter and exit the theatre.

WHAT DIME DOES THE THEATRE OPEN? - 30 minutes before the show

DO YOU HAVE BAG CHECK? - Yes. All bags and coats must be checked (free of charge).
​
IS ALCOHOL AVAILABLE? - Alcohol is available to those over 21 (proof required). We encourage you to try the WONGOTINI.
​
SHOULD I BE PREPARED TO DANCE AND MOVE? - You bet!
IS THERE A DRESS CODE? - Audience members are encouraged to wear purple and green, especially wigs or outer-space themed costumes. Several appropriately dressed audience members will win prizes and/or be selected to participate in the game shows.

HOW DO I GET TO THE CHOPIN? – The Chopin Theatre is conveniently located across the street from the Blue Line Division Stop. Free parking is available for all shows except the 10:30pm show.
​
OTHER: Late admittance is at the discretion of our House Manager. All sales are final and non-refundable.
